I had a pleasant five-night stay at Sequence Kyoto Gojo. The location is fantastic—right on the subway line and close to key spots like Shijo shopping street. The hotel is clean with comfortable beds, and I enjoyed having a washing machine for my personal use. However, I found the digital check-in process a bit cumbersome, and the breakfast ordering via a QR code felt less personal. If you're sensitive to noise, be sure to request a room away from the main road since sirens can be disruptive at night.
